We are seeking an experienced CAD Operator proficient in AutoCAD to prepare RAJUK approval plans, architectural and structural drawings in compliance with RAJUK (2022–2035) regulations and FAR guidelines. The role requires strong technical accuracy and the ability to work under deadlines in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare RAJUK approval plans and all necessary architectural working drawings.
- Develop structural working drawings as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with FAR rules and RAJUK Building Regulations (2022–2035).
- Produce accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with design and project teams when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in an architectural or real estate company.
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD.
- Sound knowledge of RAJUK approval process and FAR regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
