The aforesaid position is looking for Basic Builders Limited, an established organization in the Real Estate development sector and one of the pioneers of timely handover the projects in different prime location of Dhaka city, offering age-worthy jobbing environment to excel up career in capable position.

Job Responsibility                  :

• Must be capable to achieve respective sales targets.
• To identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• To maintain sales and customer information and report to the respective supervisor.
• To invite and receive the clients in office as well as conduct/arrange meeting for negotiating/booking the flat as well.
• To visit the Projects and maintain communication with Project-management for sale promotion affairs.
• Must be capable to achieve respective land procurement targets.
• To source the potential land in prime location of Dhaka city.
• To visit the land and prepare land visiting report and report it to management time to time.
• To prepare Joint Venture Development offer and send to landowners.
• To invite and receive the landowners as well as arrange meeting with management.
• To maintain communication with landowners/middleman time to time.
• To maintain all kinds of documents records time to time.

Educational Requirements     :

1. Masters of Business Administration in Marketing, Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed public/private University.
2. Course on Graphic Design & Digital Marketing from any reputed institution will be counted specialty.

Experience Requirements      :

3 to 5 year(s) practical experience in reputed real estate company.

Additional Requirements        :

1. Male/Female are allowed to apply
2. Must have knowledge about Digital Marketing, Client Management, Content Marketing Graphics Design.
3. Must have computer knowledge & strong command on MS office, Excell.
4. Must be capable in Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads.
